The technology is new, and well-worth learning about!
This is a commonly asked question and we’re always excited to answer it! We’ll begin by explaining what it means to breathe organic air. When you are breathing organically, you’re breathing in air that has been energized and naturally cleansed itself of pollutants. The process of adding energized elements to the air that actively attach to and break down pollutants is happening constantly outdoors, thanks to the sun and wind.
Organic Air Technology mimics this exact process and brings it indoors inside an efficient, compact design. Each AirRestore unit dispenses safe and natural elements throughout the room to give the indoor air a natural energy. These elements actively attach to and break down pollutants by altering them, weighing them down, and effectively restoring the air to a much fresher state.
AirRestore units were designed to be crazy energy efficient! So much so, we doubt you’ll notice any increase on your electrical bill.
Let’s compare: A typical lightbulb consumes about 60 watts. Each AirRestore Air Naturalization unit consumes only 3 watts on its highest setting. So you could leave your AirRestore unit running for 24 hours and it will consume approximately the same amount of energy of powering a 60 watt lightbulb for 1 hour.
The result: You can continually clean your indoor and your electric bill will hardly feel it.
You don’t! There are NO FILTERS to change, buy or upkeep. AirRestore doesn’t use filters because they are so limiting and can release the same pollutants back into the air. AirRestore Organic Air Technology is a PROACTIVE TECHNOLOGY that is completely different than passive filtered systems.
The only maintenance required is a quick and simple cleaning of the units. How often your unit will need to be cleaned varies depending on the level of pollutants it is breaking down. Initially, your unit may need a quick cleaning every few weeks. After the unit has been working awhile and gotten on top of the pollutants, you will likely only need to clean it every few months. However, units in areas with heavier needs, such as those near litter boxes or in damp basements, may require cleaning more often.
A light cleaning of the Air Naturalizer can be helpful and done as needed. This is as simple as swiping between the vents with a cotton swab to remove debris. A full cleaning should be done every few months. More detailed instructions can be found HERE.
Clean air is important for so many reasons! The ones that affect you most depend on your lifestyle and personal needs. For example, if you have a specific health concern or are the parent of a young child, it is incredibly important to be breathing fresh organic air. Perhaps you’re a realtor looking to sell more homes, or you work in the pet industry and need odor control. No matter who you are, at the very least, everyone deserves to breathe clean, healthy air!
Everyone deserves to have a system that is proactively attacking germs, bacteria, pet dander, viruses, dust, mold, and more, without harmful chemicals or perfumes. AirRestore Air Naturalizers are the ultimate solution you’ve been looking for!
HowStuffWorks.com describes it well: Formaldehyde, PCB, asbestos: These are words that you don’t want associated with your living space. Yet odds are that you encounter at least one of these chemicals in your home every day. If not, you’re not out of the woods just yet.
Indoor air pollutants can be released at high levels in short bursts, like when you use spray paint, or at lower levels over time, like chemicals leaching out of your carpet. There are many sources of indoor air pollution within any home, including pets, dust, bacteria and odor-causing particles. The list can also include pollution from tobacco use, exhaust, central heating and cooling systems and even humidification devices. Outdoor pollution can even creep in and affect the quality of air inside the home.
Inadequate ventilation can increase the pollutant levels by not bringing in enough fresh air and not carrying enough pollutants out of the home or business. For more information, please visit the EPA’s website: www.epa.gov
Organic Air Technology is amazingly effective and each individual unit is designed to restore the air for up to 800 square feet, however, your indoor air should be examined on a room-by-room basis. Air flow and circulation is important to help carry and disperse the ions and energized elements that your AirRestore unit produces. Walls, doors, tall furniture and other barriers can limit the effectiveness and the path of the natural energy the air needs. We highly recommend using an AirRestore Whole-Home System to ensure total coverage of your home. Your dealer can help you determine which AirRestore system will be perfect for your needs.
Whole-Home Systems are designed to be easily customizable to your personal air quality concerns! The size, structure and interior design is unique for every home, so your individual needs will be unique as well. Please contact your dealer for a personal consultation of your home, to find out what system is best for you.
The optimal location for your air naturalizer depends on your air-quality goals.
For allergy sufferers, the ideal location would be in your bedroom, considering most people spend 1/3 of their life in there. If your allergies are caused by your pets, you may want to keep the Air Naturalizer where your animals spend most of their time to help control their dander. Odor control is as simple as keeping the AirRestore near the source of the odor: litter pans, kennels, kitchens, bathrooms, garages and garbage cans…the list goes on.
Ideally, give your AirRestore room to breathe. Air circulation helps the air naturalization process and its effectiveness, so oscillating and ceiling fans are fantastic. Humidifiers can also be helpful.
